Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sonbola Apps ("we", "us") about your use of Lungli. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lungli.

Who can use Lungli

You must be at least 16 years old. You must give your real birthday, and you may hold only one account. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at sonbola.apps@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

What Lungli is for

Lungli helps people practise languages with each other. It is not a dating service, a marketplace or a place to advertise. Follow the Community Rules, which are part of these terms.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you send it to, and process it as needed to run and protect the service. You are responsible for what you write, and you must have the right to share it.

Other people's messages, corrections and profiles are theirs. Do not copy or publish them outside Lungli without their permission.

What you must not do

• Break the Community Rules or the law.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or exploit anyone.
• Ask for or share contact details, money, or sexual content.
• Pretend to be someone else, or give a false age.
• Use Lungli to advertise, recruit or sell.
• Collect other members' information, or use bots or scripts.
• Interfere with the service, test its security without permission, or get around a block, limit or suspension.

Safety and moderation

You can block or report anyone. We may review reported content, remove content, warn you, suspend your account for a period, or close it, where we reasonably believe these terms or the Community Rules were broken. Where we can, we will tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to sonbola.apps@gmail.com.

We do not check who members are. Be careful about what you share, and never send money to someone you met on Lungli.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close an account as described above.

The service

Lungli is provided free of charge, as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that you will find a partner. We may change or remove features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other members say or do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer. [REVIEW WITH A LAWYER FOR YOUR JURISDICTION]

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; if you keep using Lungli after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION]. Disputes go to the courts of [COURTS], unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
